Thematic Sub-groups In addition to working as a whole network, Value is working in 4 sub-groups which are investigating key issues for lifelong learning in Europe. The groups are working both collaboratively and as individuals. Their outputs will comprise a mixture of discussion papers, references, glossaries and case studies and will reflect the national and partner experiences represented in each group.
