Spreading Holistic & Re-empowering Employability Support (SHARE employability)
http://www.share-employability.eu/
Despite the recession shifting attention to people recently made redundant, governments across Europe have started to recognise that people with a mix of barriers to work still have plenty of potential and can move forward with the right support. With the support of the EU Lifelong Learning Programme's Leonardo da Vinci Partnerships Programme, the SHARE project has brought together partners from Scotland, Stockholm and Dublin to explore and draw together good practice in achieving that holistic, person-centred approach that empowers people to fulfill their potential and enjoy the health, social and financial benefits of working, or developing themselves towards work.
